2. Accounts & Access

  • You must provide accurate information and maintain the security of your account.
  • You are responsible for all activities under your account.
  • You must comply with applicable laws and these Terms.

3. Acceptable Use

  • No unlawful, infringing, or harmful activities.
  • No reverse‑engineering, scraping, or abusive load on our infrastructure.
  • No unauthorized access or interference with other users’ data.

4. Subscriptions, Fees, and Taxes

Certain features may require a paid subscription. Fees are billed in advance and are non‑refundable except as required by law. You are responsible for applicable taxes.

5. Data and Privacy

Our collection and use of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy.

6. Integrations and Third‑Party Services

You may choose to connect third‑party services (e.g., Google). Your use of those services is governed by their terms and policies. RoofIQ’s use of Google data adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy including the Limited Use requirements.

7. Intellectual Property

The Services, including software, text, graphics, and logos, are owned by RoofIQ or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. No rights are granted except as expressly set forth.

8. Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON‑INFRINGEMENT.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ROOFIQ AND ITS AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services at any time for any reason, including violations of these Terms. You may stop using the Services at any time.

11. Changes to the Services or Terms

We may modify the Services or these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction of our principal place of business, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
